Representatives of KhNMU took part in the international congress


On June 9-12, 2021, the Department of Obstetrics, Gynecology and Pediatric Gynecology of KhNMU took part in the XV European Congress of Pediatric and Adolescent Gynecology EURAPAG-2021, which took place in Rotterdam (Netherlands).

Representatives of the department Natalia Pylypenko, Salome Kebashvili and Olesya Plekhova headed by the head of prof. Tuchkina I.O. worthily presented their scientific achievements at the international congress. Thus, Iryna Tuchkina’s report was recognized as the best poster report of the scientific event.

EURAPAG – European Association of Pediatric and Adolescent Gynecology. Pediatric and adolescent gynecology is a clinical subspecialty that combines knowledge from different disciplines, covering a wide range of topics related to gynecological problems in children and adolescents.

EURAPAG’s objectives include promoting a high level of care for children and adolescents with gynecological problems, as well as supporting research and education in the PAG to develop and implement new perspectives and improve health, quality of life and future fertility.

Since its inception, EURAPAG has grown steadily, and now the Association has members from 33 countries, including Ukraine, whose vice-president is Professor I.O. Tuchkina.
