Address of the Rector of KhNMU to students of foreign faculties!
Dear students of 5th, 6th and 7th faculties of KhNMU!
Kharkiv national medical university keeps working actively along all the lines of its activity. Now our main concern is to provide safe conditions for all the higher education seekers and to ensure accessibility, proximity and continuity of education for the future doctors.
The University made all the arrangements for the completion of the academic year, it provided a successful certification of the graduates and launched the University admissions process for the academic year 2022-2023. The University teaching staff managed to hold the educational process remotely with a large degree of responsibility, which enabled the teachers to provide their students with theoretical knowledge and practical skills in the course of the individual communication.
In the present difficult conditions the University does not discontinue the educational process and is ready to continue training since the start of the next academic year, namely since September 1, 2022. The education mode in the academic year 2022-2023 presupposes distance learning which includes asynchronous and synchronous ways of communication with the higher education seekers and with a view to switching to the offline full-time training at the University premises, depending on the social conditions.
Taking into account all the specificity of the educational process being held online, the University is planning next year to increase the number of academic hours for practical skills development at simulation labs and at clinical sites. Detailed information about the peculiarities of the arrangements for training in the fall semester of the academic year 2022-2023, will be provided later.
With kind regards,
Rector Valeriy Kapustnyk
