Speech of the representative of the KhNMU

The head of the department of philosophy and social sciences, Kateryna Karpenko, gave a speech “Women Philosophers and Scientists against War and Ecocide” at the conference dedicated to the Days of Ukraine in North Rhine-Westphalia.

The event was attended by the Mayor of Essen Thomas Kufen, General Consul of Ukraine in Dusseldorf Iryna Shum, Rector of the University of Duisburg-Essen, where the event took place, Professor Barbara Albert, President of the German-Ukrainian Academic Society, Prof. Olga Garaschuk, as well as Ukrainian and German scientists. The main task of the event is to promote the strengthening of international cooperation in countering Russian aggression against Ukraine.
