Letter of appreciation

The rector of the Kharkiv National Medical University, Valery Kapustnyk, has received a letter of gratitude from Maxim Khaustov, manager of the Kharkiv Regional Military Administration’s Health Department, for the university’s commitment to helping Ukraine counter russian aggression.

In particular, on the initiative of the Department of Health, a hotline has been functioning for three months to provide insulin-dependent patients in the area. Support for the project is offered voluntarily by medical students. Therefore volunteers support the work of the direct phone line every day from 6.00 to 18.00, saving the lives and health of the residents of the Kharkiv region. Lots of people are profoundly grateful and honored for students’ active involvement in this project.
