Research Institute of Experimental and Clinical Medicine aims at improving the quality of research, providing innovative research technologies, performing research in the fields of fundamental and clinical medicine, developing and implementing novel medical approaches for diagnosis, prevention and treatment of diseases at Kharkiv National Medical University.

Research Institute of Experimental and Clinical Medicine has been collaborating with Tarsus University (Tarsus, Turkey) and All Saints University College of Medicine (Kingstown, Saint Vincent and the Grenadines). The collaboration focuses on the study of efficacy, mechanisms of action and biosafety of rare-element orthovanadate nanoparticles as enhancement agents for the radiation therapy of oncopathology.
