ХНМУ опановує мікрокваліфікації

From March 22 to 28, 2026, Leibniz University Hannover (Hannover, Germany) hosted an on-campus seminar as part of the training program “MInT-Ukraine: Micro-credentials as an Internationalization Tool for Ukrainian Universities.”

During the seminar, participants from 15 Ukrainian universities explored German higher education system and studied Leibniz University’s best practices in internationalization, the adaptation of international students and staff, and strategic approaches to human capital development in higher education.

The primary focus was on utilizing micro-credentials as a tool for personalizing educational trajectories and fostering internationalization. Special attention was also given to building sustainable partnerships and managing academic mobility within European University Alliances. A key highlight of the event was the presentation of individual university projects, which were discussed and evaluated by international experts.

Kharkiv National Medical University’s project, “MedFlex-UA: Fostering Internationalisation and Flexibility of Medical Curriculum through Adaptive Micro-Credentials,” was presented by Iurii Sadovnychenko, Director of the Educational and Scientific Institute of Education Quality.

During the visit to Hannover, the participants also held meetings with Ms. Monica Plate, Mayor of Hannover, and Professor Julia Gillen, Vice President for Education at Leibniz University Hannover.
