Determine the nature and principles of treatment (conservative or surgical) for patients with diseases (according to List 2), considering the patient’s age, within or outside a healthcare facility and at stages of medical evacuation, including field conditions; based on the preliminary clinical diagnosis and adhering to ethical and legal norms, make reasoned decisions according to existing algorithms and standard protocols (including international ones) based on the principles of evidence-based medicine; justify personalized recommendations if the standard protocol needs expansion, under the supervision of a supervising physician.
PLO 10. Determine the necessary work, rest, and nutritional regimen based on the final clinical diagnosis, adhering to ethical and legal norms, through reasoned decision-making according to existing algorithms and standard protocols.
PLO 11. Determine the approach, plan, and tactics for managing physiological pregnancy, physiological labor, and the postpartum period through reasoned decision-making according to existing algorithms and standard protocols.
PLO 12. Assess the general condition of a newborn child through reasoned decision-making according to existing algorithms and standard protocols, adhering to relevant ethical and legal norms.
PLO 13. Assess and monitor child development, provide recommendations on breastfeeding and age-specific nutrition, and organize preventive vaccinations according to the immunization schedule.

Determine the functional state, activity limitations, and duration of incapacity for work, completing relevant documentation in a healthcare facility based on disease data, its progression, and the individual’s professional activity specifics. Maintain medical records for patients and populations based on regulatory documents.
PLO 19. Plan and implement a system of anti-epidemic and preventive measures regarding the onset and spread of diseases among the population.
