Our volunteers helped with the packaging of medicines

On February 20 and 21, the team of the public education and volunteering sector of the Student Government of KhNMU, together with the RPG MEDICINE team, which is engaged in the supply of vital drugs to the de-occupied cities and villages of Ukraine, helped with the packaging of drugs that will be sent to the Donetsk direction. A total of 27,340 tablets were packaged by the joint efforts of volunteers!

This batch of medicines had to be packaged and signed in portions so that the volunteers from the RPG MEDICINE organization, Yura and Sandra, could provide humanitarian aid and distribute the necessary pills to as many people as possible in the front-line area.

Also, medical students helped with the packaging of humanitarian aid in the form of medicines and medical instruments, which will be directed to hospitals in the Donetsk region.

Medicines had to be packaged into parts for hospitals (infusions, dressings, surgical and intensive care disposable instruments, medicines that can only be prescribed by doctors) and for ordinary people, as humanitarian aid (medicines for pressure, cold, headache and fever).

Our volunteers not only worked fruitfully, but also had a good rest, playing the guitar and singing Ukrainian songs. Already this Saturday, February 25, they will take away not only these prepackaged medicines, but also other prepared humanitarian aid.

We are grateful to the RPG MEDICINE team for their activity in providing medicine to people in the war zone, as well as for the opportunity to join a good cause!
