Kharkiv National Medical University has always been proud of its creative and driven students, who keep up with the times, constantly come up with new ideas, and carry out interesting initiatives. It was precisely on the basis of shared interests and a desire to improve the quality of education, leisure, and student life that the Kharkiv National Medical University Student Government was established.

An important mission of the Student Government is to represent students in their relations with the university administration. The Student Government advocates for students’ interests, ensures appropriate conditions for study and living, and creates opportunities for students to carry out their initiatives. In addition, it actively supports volunteer efforts and fosters the consolidation of the student community.

The activities of the Student Self-Government encompass both academic and social spheres. The Student Self-Government participates in improving the educational process, promotes a healthy lifestyle, and fosters international cooperation and academic mobility. At the same time, it helps students bring their creative ideas to life, organizes cultural and sporting events, and supports the work of media outlets, interest groups, and clubs.

An important component of its activities is fostering open dialogue within the student community. The organization conducts surveys, initiates discussions on current issues, and ensures that everyone has the opportunity to express their own views.
